Arrive and settle in / Outline for the weekend

09:30 Introductions / Pole Fitting / Warm Up
10:00 Nordic Health Technique Training
11:30 Developing the Technique
12:30 Lunch at the B&B
14:00 Nordic Walk – 5 to 10 km depending on group fitness
16:30 Cool Down & Stretch Out / Review
17:00 Free Time
19:30 Evening Meal  (at B&B or a local hostelry)
Sunday:
08:00 Breakfast
09:30 Nordic Walk – A 10 – 16 km seasonal walk incorporating
a tour of Kielder Water & Forest Park and some of its highlights
Including  Picnic Lunch.
14:00 Cool Down & Stretch Out / Review / What Next
15:00 Departure and journey home
